S&B Brewery is a family run business founded in January 2020 by William Melling , John Melling & Tina Ganser. We all have a love of good beers, dogs and good food.

Upon moving to Austria from Australia, Will, a Beagle-Lover, found that despite loving the Austrian Lager scene, he wanted something more. So he went back to home brewing, a passionate hobby from his student days in Melbourne, to have delicious beer full of character and flavour. The bathroom was no longer just a bathroom, it turned into a hoppy wonderland of beer fermentation. On a trip to England to visit family, a serious conversation was had with his uncle John, a Schnauzer-Lover, over a few dozen and a half home-brews (the only reason for really needing checked luggage) about starting a brewery. A couple of tedious years later the dream is coming to a reality, we finally have opened the probably most doggy friendly brewery in Austria, Europe or even the World.
