Belgian Tripel

Dark amber in colour and gently spiced, the complex malt bill and Belgian ale yeast provide the principal flavours in this Tripel. The high alcohol content adds a thick, rich body to the palate.

ABV: 10.2%

Malts: Pale Ale, Pilsner, Crystal, Whiskey Malt

Hops: Nugget, Tettnanger 

Spices: Orange Peel, Coriander Seeds

Tastes good with: Hard cheeses esp. Cheddar, Roasted Meats, rich deserts
